Execution of wills

The employment of an executor is useful for the testator when he or she is not sure that the will as expressed in the contract of inheritance or other agreements under inheritance law will be executed according to his or her wishes or if the successors do not (yet) have the skills and experience necessary to administrate the inheritance. This is particularly true when the inheritors or legatees are underage.

The execution of wills counts among the services offered by BARTH ASSOCIATES. In view of the extensive economic, tax-related, financial and legal  know-how, auditors are particularly suited to fulfill the duties of the executor.
